When asked which famous sportsperson he would like to be in another lifetime, there is no hesitation for Andy; Bjorn Borg. Whether it is for his stunning mullet and fashion undies, or his unrivalled success on court, we’re not sure. One thing however is for sure; you won’t find Andy on the sidelines.

Andy brings a wealth of specialist expertise to BPX with over 15 years experience working on HR systems projects in Ireland, UK and New Zealand. He has developed best practice tools, techniques and methodologies honed through numerous systems projects in both the private and public sector.

He has a unique ability to engage at all levels and prides himself on his ability to build long lasting relationships founded on trust and friendship, while his mentoring and coaching style ensures knowledge and skills are easily transferred.

Andy is a member of the Human Resource Institute of New Zealand, a member of the Project Management Institute, New Zealand chapter, and an accredited PRINCE2® practitioner. He also has a business degree in HR management and a masters degree in Project Management.

While Andy is most proud of the establishment of BPX, and still making it happen five years later, he would love to get his hands on Apple - “Running a project in a company like Apple – fast-moving, exciting, dynamic would be like winning a scholarship to Harvard – the learnings and experience would be amazing.”
